Judith H. Singer, Partner
Ms. Singer graduated from SUNY Buffalo where she earned her law degree and masters of business administration, cum laude. In 1984 she began her law career as a litigation attorney for the United States Department of Labor in Kansas City, Missouri. While there, she served as chief counsel on a number of multi-regional cases of national prominence. Upon returning to the Capital District, she served as counsel to various local firms. She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Missouri. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trust and Estates Section and Elder Law Section) and serves as the New York State Bar Association delegate for the Fourth Judicial District.
Alison C. Fairbanks, Partner
Ms. Fairbanks graduated with a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. She began her career as a litigation attorney with the federal government. During her employment with the federal government, Ms. Fairbanks rose to the position of litigation specialist, served as lead counsel on multi-district cases and cases of national importance, and received numerous awards for her work. Thereafter, she worked as a senior associate with a Westchester County law firm. Upon locating to the Capital District, Ms. Fairbanks served as outside counsel to various local firms before joining the Law Office of Judith H. Singer, PLLC. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Section).
Dawn M. Phillips, Of Counsel
Ms. Phillips graduated from Albany Law School of Union University in 1997. She began practicing law with a Westchester County civil litigation firm where she handled all aspects of civil litigation from preparation of pleadings through trial in both the state and federal courts. She also handled appeals, including oral argument before the New York State Appellate Division. Ms. Phillips then returned to the Albany area, working for a local defense firm. She joined the Law Office of Judith H. Singer, PLLC in 2014. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Section).
